We hope that you will not have to cancel your stay, or part of your reservation. If for any reason this is unavoidable, cancellations must be notified by email to info@cottagesforcouples.ie.
In the event of a cancellation (this includes a reduction in the number of nights) your deposit is non-refundable and the following charges will apply.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 4 weeks before start date: the deposit of 50%
- Fewer than 4 weeks: 100% of total revenue
An exception to these cancellation charges may be made at our discretion if Cottages for Couples is given sufficient notice to re-let the stay. In the case we succeed in re-letting the stay, some cancellation charges may be mitigated, less an admin fee of €50 and any discounts that were deemed necessary to secure a replacement booking.
We will allow a 24-hour grace period for cancellations after making a booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made an error and need to cancel.
Deposit Refund Insurance
We strongly advise ALL guests to take advantage of the deposit refund insurance offered by X-Cover to mitigate any cancellation charges (see booking page).
