A hidden hideaway with private hot-tub and bedroom jacuzzi

Courtyard Cottage 2 at Grove House is a charming romantic cottage for two. Once part of the original stable block, it is now a cute little cottage surrounded by historic character and cosy comfort.

Downstairs features a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed. Step through deep red drapes into the private, self-contained jacuzzi suite with a two-person jacuzzi – light the candles and let the bubbles do the rest. The bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom. Also on the ground floor is your own private sun deck, overlooking the gardens of the Main House and featuring a covered outdoor hot tub.

Upstairs is a light-filled open-plan living space with three skylights. The compact kitchen is well equipped with a hob and oven, fridge with freezer, and microwave. The lounge includes a sofa and armchair, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and free Wi-Fi (subject to network accessibility).

Not Long Back From Courtyard Cottage 2. This was our second time back to the cottages and once again the service and detail was absolutely amazing! The little details and personal touches truly make it feel like a home away from home. Each Cottage has everything you need for the most relaxing time away!Peter and Anna are a dream to deal with when booking and are very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to eat!

Stayed in the Courtyard Cottage 2 and it was immaculate. The cottage was so clean and modern with everything you would need. The jacuzzi was really clean and all instructions are there for you on how to use it. The bed was really comfortable and couldn’t hear a thing from the road even with the windows open. Looked out for all the bats, dragonflies and was not let down either. great stay and would definitely stay again.

Here at the moment in cottage 2. Absolutely amazing, such a beautiful place and a credit to the owners. Everything needed is left in the cottage for you, place is very clean, has absolutely exceeded my expectations so far . For any couple looking for a break from the kids for a few days, I could not recommend a better place. It is like a spa day and top class hotel all rolled into 1.

The nearest town is Skibbereen, which is just a 5 minute drive from The Treehouses, Barn, and Courtyard Cottage 1 & 2. Newbridge Cottage and River Lodge 1, 2 & 3 are even closer as they are within walking distance along the riverside walk to town.
