The Treehouse is a magical eco-luxury hideaway set high among the trees of West Cork. Quirky, romantic, and truly unforgettable, this is no ordinary place to stay. Built entirely from sustainable materials in the woodland in front of Grove House, the Treehouse leaves no carbon footprint – but a lasting impression.

Ascend the tree-trunk steps and enter your private retreat in the treetops. Inside, nature and comfort come together beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, sink, and microwave. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, quirky sink, and a separate WC, with constant hot water and high-efficiency electric radiators ensuring comfort year-round.

The open-plan living, dining, and sleeping space is designed for romance. The double bed looks across to a beautiful roll-top bath, with the lounge and dining area beyond.

Modern comforts include a Smart TV to access your Netflix account, Wi’Fi and a Bluetooth speaker.

Step through the French doors onto a large private deck overlooking the West Cork countryside. Here you’ll find your own two-person hot tub, along with seating and a table. Whether by day or under the stars, this is a deeply romantic place to unwind – immersed in nature, surrounded by trees, and completely at peace.

We’re just back after 2 nights in tree house 1 what an experience. From the minute you walk in the door everything you need is there. Such a pleasant surprise and the hot tub outside just the icing on the cake. The place was spotless on arrival. From the minute my wife booked it to getting there absolutely hassle free. If you want a relaxing few days look no further. 5 minutes drive to skibbereen. Definitely we will be going back.

It’s for adults only. You must be 18 years of age to stay with us.

The nearest town is Skibbereen, which is just a 5 minute drive from The Treehouses, Barn, and Courtyard Cottage 1 & 2. Newbridge Cottage and River Lodge 1, 2 & 3 are even closer as they are within walking distance along the riverside walk to town.
