Treehouse 3 is a magical eco-luxury hideaway nestled among the spruce pines of West Cork. Quirky, romantic, and truly special, this is no ordinary self-catering stay but an extraordinary treetop retreat. Built entirely from sustainable materials in the same woodland as Treehouse 1 and 2, to the side of Grove House, it leaves no carbon footprint – just unforgettable memories.

Cross the footbridge linking Treehouse 3 to terra firma and step into your private sanctuary in the trees. Inside, natural textures are paired with thoughtful luxury. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, sink, and microwave. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and quirky sink, alongside a WC. Constant hot water and high-efficiency electric radiators ensure comfort all year round.

The open-plan living, dining, and sleeping space is designed for indulgent relaxation. The king-size bed looks across to a beautiful roll-top bath, with the lounge and dining area beyond. 

Modern comforts include a Smart TV to access your Netflix account, Wi’Fi and a Bluetooth speaker.

Step through the French doors onto a large private deck overlooking the West Cork countryside. Here you’ll find your own two-person hot tub, along with outdoor seating and a table – a deeply romantic space that draws you in both day and night, surrounded by trees and birdsong.

Myself and my partner are just back from a 2 night stay in treehouse no 3, and all we both can say is WOW. On arrival we were met with personalized message and a lovely bottle of bubbles, and of course Romeo!!!! The treehouse was so cozy and beautifully laid out, with everything you needed and an added touch was the hot tub!

Spotlessly clean , tidy , well laid out and so inviting. Warm n cosy and plenty of hot water.
Lovely bottle of prosecco on check it but it’s the little touches like the milk in the fridge and the tea n coffee which was well needed after a long drive.

It’s for adults only. You must be 18 years of age to stay with us.

The nearest town is Skibbereen, which is just a 5 minute drive from The Treehouses, Barn, and Courtyard Cottage 1 & 2. Newbridge Cottage and River Lodge 1, 2 & 3 are even closer as they are within walking distance along the riverside walk to town.
