How to find us

We are based at Grove House, Skibbereen,
West Cork, Ireland.

Grove House is situated just 1 mile from the colourful town of Skibbereen – 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car. The main house is surrounded by a grove of trees in 2 acres of gardens which gives us peace and quiet but retaining a close proximity to town.

From either the Cork direction or Schull direction, take the by-pass at the entrance to town – do not go into town. Follow the signs to HOSPITAL (the only turn-off from the by-pass and the road to Bantry and Drimoleague) and we are 1/2 mile past the Hospital on the right hand side. Look for white walls and railings with the name Grove House- you can’t see the house from the road as we have a long driveway.

Our sat-nav co-ordinates are N51º34’14.7″ W009º15’26.2″
You are welcome to use these sat nav co-ordinates but please be warned that they will take you on a very strange – and indirect route.

From the UK:

We recommend Irish Ferries from either Pembroke Dock to Rosslare or Holyhead to Dublin Port. The driving time from both Rosslare and Dublin Port is approx 4 hours. Our preferred sailing is the Swift from Holyhead to Dublin Port at approx 11.50am. This will allow you to arrive in Skibbereen between 5-6pm.

From France:

We recommend Irish Ferries from Cherbourg or Roscoff to Rosslare. Our preferred sailing is on the Oscar Wilde.
